A festival classic made from roasted chickpea flour.
Besan Ladoo (ChickpeaFlour Balls)

Ingredients
- 2 cups besan (chickpea flour)
- 3/4 cup ghee
- 3/4 cup Zeroh Sugar (powdered)
- 4 cardamom pods (powdered)
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts
Directions
Step 1:- Heat ghee and roast besan on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly until dark and nutty.
Step 2:- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Step 3:- Mix in powdered Zeroh Sugar,
cardamom, and nuts.
Step 4:- Shape into 20 balls while warm.
Step 5:- Allow to cool completely to set.
