  • Website: reeba.life, zerohsugar.com, and all associated subdomains.
  • Products: Zeroh Sugar sweeteners (pouches, sachets, combo packs) and related merchandise.
  • You / Customer: Any individual or entity placing an order.
  • Order: Any purchase initiated through our website, Amazon, or authorized retail partners.

  • All product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the actual product appearance.
  • Ingredient Disclosure: Our products contain Allulose and Monk Fruit Extract. If you have known allergies to these ingredients, please consult a physician before use.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable at the time of order placement will be honored.
  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets via our payment gateway partner - Razorpay or HDFC bank or any other.
  • Payment must be received in full before order dispatch in prepaid shipments.
  • In case of COD shipments, unless payment received in full, order will not be handed over.

6. Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to):
    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing or product description errors
    • Suspected fraudulent transactions
    • Delivery address issues (e.g., unserviceable PIN codes)
  • If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Zeroh Sugar is a food product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Diabetics, pregnant/nursing women, and individuals with medical conditions: Please consult your physician before incorporating Zeroh into your diet.

  • Not for Resale: Products purchased for personal use may not be resold commercially without our written consent.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
    • Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure events, courier delays, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
    • Any health outcomes resulting from improper use or consumption beyond recommended guidelines.
  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chattrapati Sambhaji Nagar (earlier known as Aurangabad, Maharashtra)
  • Arbitration Clause: Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Rebalife will select the arbitrator.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
