Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes in India via our logistics partners (Delhivery / Blue Dart / India Post). International shipping is available on request. Shipping and customs duties to be borne by the user.
2. Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Pre-orders / Out-of-Stock Items: Expected dispatch dates will be communicated via email at the time of order.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders ≥ ₹399.
- Orders < ₹399 and COD orders: Flat shipping charge of ₹50.
- Remote Area Surcharge: An additional ₹100 may apply for select PIN codes (notified at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS/WA.
- Track your shipment at: [Courier Partner Link, e.g., delhivery.com/track].
- For tracking issues, contact us at contactus@rebalancelife.in with your order number.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Our courier partners require a signature or OTP confirmation upon delivery.
- If no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery 2 additional times. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be notified.
7. Incorrect / Incomplete Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate (including PIN code, landmark, and mobile number).
- We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned due to address issues, you may request re-shipment (subject to a ₹100 re-dispatch fee).
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at contactus@rebalancelife.in with photos.
- For missing items or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reship or refund at no extra cost.
9. Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive the package:
- Check with neighbors, building security, or family members.
- Contact the courier partner directly (using the tracking number).
- If unresolved after 48 hours, email us at contactus@rebalancelife.in. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or non-delivery caused by:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest.
- Government restrictions or lockdowns.
- Courier partner operational issues beyond our control.
