Moong Dal Halwa

Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow moong dal (split)
- 1 cup ghee
- 3/4 cup Zeroh Sugar
- 2 cups water
- 5 cardamom pods
- 3 tbsp mixed nuts
- Pinch saffron
Directions
Step 1:- Soak dal for 4 hours, then grind to a coarse paste.
Step 2:- Heat ghee and fry dal paste for 25 minutes, stirring constantly until golden.
Step 3:- Add water slowly and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4:- Stir in Zeroh Sugar and cardamom. Cook 5 minutes.
Step 5:- Garnish with nuts and saffron.
